Walked in and the only barista working was this lovely person named Salma. She took care of my whole group (singlehandedly) with the most positivity and warmth I have ever experienced in a coffee shop.

I remember the first time I had Coffee Bean was an ice blended vanilla shake I got through a Krispy Kreme drive thru. I was blown away. Fast forward to many years later, when my body doesn't allow me to drink all that stuff, I've explored other items on their menu.
This particular Coffee Bean is always hustlin and bustlin, probably because it's the closest coffee shop within walking distance to all these nearby businesses.
They have some healthy food snacks and pastries here. The way the line can be set up is a little strange and awkward. Nevertheless, everyone is really nice.
I don't really go to Coffee Bean for their coffee, but their teas are stellar and there are a lot of options to choose from. They have amazing teas, better than Starbucks and their tea lattes are tantalizing!
Love their tea bags where you can actually see the wholesome ingredients in your tea! -

Ordered an iced tea and was given a hot tea. Why don't people read anymore? I have no energy to tell someone they made a mistake nor do I have the time to wait. That is the purpose of mobile orders.

Quick service, walking distance from the offices nearby. Kind of gets packed when the local school kids get in the area making it kind of a packed place.
Definitely not big enough for people to have a sit down chat or do some work. Would only recommend coming for a quick order grab n go.
Regardless of this, great for working folk close by, but if you're driving it's on one of the busiest intersections in West LA.
The last couple of drinks I've ordered have been made quite well by the baristas and service was solid. Can't complain. -

This is not the first time but the 3rd time I complain about this location, the Indian lady was attending me, I gave her $50 for a $10 order, she had the right change in hand at first then I saw her take out $10, she didn't give me the recite till I asked for it.. call it an accident if you want but damn smh!!!!
